Good news: It’s super easy! When checking out, enter your code in the “Coupon Code” box in the top middle of the screen. Click “apply” and the discount will automatically be applied toward the order total.

Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order at this time.

If you do not receive an email from Swivel Sweep™️ within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Also be sure to check your phone as you may have entered your phone number rather than an email. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, please try entering your information one more time to insure no mistakes were made. You will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase if it doesn’t work the second time.

Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
